From Our Youth To You

Praise God we had a great September! We just finished up a study in the book of Proverbs where we engaged in a lot of good discussions on verses that apply to our daily lives. Over the Labor Day weekend we took a trip to Tuskahoma to hear Chris Tomlin in concert. He certainly did not disappoint! This was a free concert and the kids got to ride free carnival rides. Everyone had a great time! We had a great fellowship with the SWAT class and we appreciate them providing ice cream sundaes, fun games. Charles Goff did a great devotion.

Looking ahead to October, we will have a post-game lock-in on October 12th with lots of food, fun, and fellowship. October 21st we are having a ‘Soup Cook-off’ with a dessert silent auction for our fall fundraiser. The money raised will be put into our Youth Funds to help with expenses throughout the year for church camp, outings, and mission projects such as feeding our shut-ins.

We are so thankful to be a part of Rye Hill! We appreciate your prayers, kind words, and support.

In Christ,
Marty
