The Mission Continues

August 2018

August 4th, 10:00 a.m. to noon is our Back-To-School Outreach. Workers are still needed in several areas. Sign up in the breezeway and we will get you plugged in. It is awesome to see how RHBC always steps up to provide for the needs in our community.

“Share Jesus Without Fear” begins Sunday, September 9th, during the S. S. hour and will last about 8 weeks. This will equip you to be better prepared to GO and TELL.

June 3rd thru June 8th, we continued our ‘Journey to the Fountains’ in Fort Worth. It was a great time of Going to the Nations, and sharing the Gospel with folks from all over the world. We know that God’s word will never go out void but will accomplish what He set it forth to do. Mark these dates November 19th  thru November 21st, we will GO again to help serve a Thanksgiving meal to the ESL students of South Cliff Baptist Church. Last year 31 nations were represented at this meal.

It was incredible to be a part of what God did in Fort Smith through the World Changers Ministry. 170 workers from as far away as Virginia and New Mexico came and served on 12 projects by painting, siding, & roofing homes of those in need. RHBC fed 2 crews on-site lunches while they were here.

This code to the left will link you to a one day training event, Reproducing Disciples Towards a Church Planting Movementin Little Rock at the ABSC Building Saturday, September 29th

This is relevant as we engage immigrants, international students, and the unreachable. Let me know if you are interested or need help getting signed up. We can provide transportation if enough folks want to go.

It is such a privilege to see all God is doing. I am encouraged by His people Going and Telling others what He is doing.  God is blessing us, and may He continue to be glorified through His Body, Rye Hill Baptist Church.

In Christ, Brother Scott
