November 2017

On October 7th Acts 1-8 a one-day mission took place in North Pulaski County. There is a cool video found at the following website http://www.absc.org/resources/acts-18-one-day-mission-trip-highlight-2017. Thirty-five made a profession of faith in Christ and many more were ministered to in many ways. Put it on your calendars 10/6/2018, first Saturday of October, in Northeast AR we can participate again.

We are meeting and learning how to “Share Jesus without Fear”. Also, we have begun “Go without Fear, Every Home Reached”, as we engage those right around the Church. I’m excited by the participation. Let me know if this is something you would like to be a part of and I will get you teamed up with someone you can go whenever it is convenient for you.

Ministry continues with the International Students at UAFS. One young lady, who is from Japan, accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior in the October 20th conversation club. Another young lady, Ayono, who is from Japan became curious and asked what was being talked about she wants to see what the Bible says about Heaven and how we get there. Please pray for these. We need help with another meal for them Thursday November 9th I want us to do chili and the fixings. We will get a signup sheet out as we approach the date.

We have another opportunity to go to the Fountains to be a part of what God is doing there November 20th-22nd.

As we move into our new building may we all have a greater desire to see it full of folks being equipped to go unto the world Proclaiming Jesus!!

In Christ
Brother Scott
